What is the pet policy?

Cats and dogs are welcome, up to two pets per home. There is a $350 non refundable pet fee for the first pet and $200 for a second, plus $35 a month in pet rent per animal. Weight limit is 75 pounds. Restricted breeds are Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Akita, and wolf hybrid. Service and assistance animals are not pets under this policy and carry no fee.

How does parking work?

Surface parking is unassigned and included, two vehicles per home. Reserved covered spaces are $45 a month and there are usually a handful open. Overnight guests need a visitor tag from the office. There is no garage.

What amenities are on site?

A saltwater pool open May through September, a 24 hour fitness room in building one, a resident lounge with two work booths, a dog run behind building six, package lockers in the mail room, and a car care station. Laundry is in home in every unit.

Which utilities do residents pay?

Electric is in the resident's name through the local provider. Water, sewer, and trash are billed back monthly based on occupancy, which runs about $72 for a two bedroom. Internet is the resident's choice, and the buildings are wired for two providers.

What is included in the units?

Every home has a full size washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a range and refrigerator, central heat and air, and either a patio or a balcony. Renovated homes have quartz counters, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and stainless appliances.
